Stewardship Workday at Lamberton Lake Fen Nature Preserve (Second Saturday)
Lamberton Lake Nature Preserve 3118 Plaza Dr NE, Grand Rapids, MI, United StatesEach winter, volunteers come out to Lamberton Lake, bundled in warm clothes and armed with loppers, to restore the fen. Lamberton Lake Fen is threatened by takeover by invasive glossy buckthorn and years of diligent work have started to show amazing sings of success. We'll warm up after the workday at Hideout brewery, just down the road from the preserve.
Burn Crew Training
