Help us get an early start on seed collecting this year, so we can continue to expand the prairie at Saul Lake Bog and implement planting projects on other LCWM properties this fall. Without the help of volunteers, we would not be able to collect nearly enough native seeds to complete all of our restoration projects.
If we're lucky, we might catch a great sunset over the prairie!
Come gather with us for an outdoor evening celebration among the trees and under the open sky. The event will take place in a cozy clearing at The Highlands and will feature local BBQ from Two Scotts, cider from Ridge Cider Company and beer from Brewery Vivant, music from An Dro, and a chance to enjoy the harvest season. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket, so you can sit back and enjoy the food, drink and music.
Come out to Brewery Vivant and have an extra beer or splurge on several courses knowing that you’re supporting the the Land Conservancy.
Explore and enjoy the pristine natural areas of White Lake as you are lead by an expert area naturalist. Each walk will feature a specific topic, such as coastal dune conservation, local ecology, or the importance and challenge of maintaining natural areas in the city.
