Join Land Conservancy staff on a hike exploring the restoration projects in progress at The Highlands. We’ll visit the sites where we are restoring wetlands, native grasslands and a stream that has long been buried under the property. We will provide water and snacks. This summer and fall, the Land Conservancy of West Michigan is hosting a series of events to showcase The Highlands, a former golf course turned restored natural area, and the opportunities that exist there to learn, recreate and find restoration.
