Nicole Feenstra of Wild Ones Wellness will lead us on a calming mindfulness walk through Minnie Skwarek Nature Preserve.
Slow down and learn about the various ways one can spend meaningful time in nature. During this walk we will pause, reflect, and breathe, allowing our body to connect with the land. The walk will be roughly 1 mile, but we will let both the group and nature set the pace. At the end of our walk, we will use natural pieces from the land (found on the ground) to collectively create a piece of art.

There is no parking lot at Minnie Skwarek Nature Preserve. Attendees are encouraged to carpool and park on either side of Leonard Street. Please be careful crossing the street into the preserve!
