Birding Walk at The Highlands

Second Saturdays

From 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the second Saturday of every month, we will host a volunteer event that focuses on ecological restoration activities including invasive species removal, seed collecting, and native plant installation. Volunteers may also be involved with trail maintenance, general clean-up, or other tasks that help visitors better enjoy our magnificent natural areas.

Birding Walk at The Highlands

Join us for a birding excursion at The Highlands! Experience the wonders of spring bird migration and see how many birds you can spot and identify. This event is for birders of all experience levels and is family friendly. Please bring your own binoculars. Participation is free but please register to let us know you are coming.

Masks are required and all participants are requested to follow social distancing protocols. For more information on our COVID-19 guidelines, please visit naturenearby.org/covid-19.
